The empirical research on adolescent health started to be submitted to Frontiers in Public Health on March 21 and was transferred to the journal. However, a guest editor was found on April 5. The first reviewer submitted minor revisions on April 22 and gave a positive evaluation. The second reviewer on April 26 had no major comments besides minor adjustments. They also praised the well-written introduction and solid empirical evidence. The revised manuscript was submitted on April 30, and on May 2, the second reviewer raised a small issue. It was resubmitted on May 4, and on the same day, the second reviewer agreed to accept it. On May 5, the first reviewer also agreed to accept it. It was accepted for publication on May 6
