I have been trying to submit papers since my master's degree, but unfortunately, a lot of strange things happened in between. For example, after a year of no response to my submission, they sent me the wrong review comments, delayed for a year telling me various reasons, and finally rejected me. Another example is the recent submission. I submitted in February 2022, a first revision in July 2023, a second revision in October 2023, and finally accepted in November 2023, successfully delaying my doctoral article for four months into my work. Every submission or revision takes at least over a month with the editor, the speed is ridiculously slow.

The option to publish comments said that the review speed can be up to 12 months, but in reality, it took 17 months to receive the review comments, the most unpleasant submission experience in my life.
