This was rejected a long time ago, probably three months ago. I feel like my level is too low, after all, it was done during the first year of my postgraduate studies. It was rough and poorly made. Although the reviewer was not particularly strict, they just felt that my writing was bad and lacked innovative points. They also had some misunderstandings about some of my research focuses. These are all issues of my own immature writing.

I have seen many accepted manuscripts shared on this website, and the first review time is mostly within three months. Does it mean that the longer the review time, the more likely the manuscript will be rejected?
