Receiving an invitation to display your work on the cover of a journal is exciting, but many researchers lack the skills or resources for production-quality graphic design. A journal cover image must be both scientifically sound and artistically sophisticated in appearance. Have you considered consulting with a professional design team? Take this opportunity to commission an engaging design at an affordable cost. A service inquiry form allows the creative lead to communicate your research themes and style requirements to the graphic designers. You will communicate directly with a dedicated client communications specialist to convey any questions or concerns to the design team. Our design team is proficient with a variety of illustration techniques and design platforms. A PhD- or MD-trained creative lead will ensure that you receive impactful artwork for a professional, modern journal cover.
Our Service
Our design team will:
• Solicit your source materials, journal requirements, and concept requests using our service inquiry form • Coordinate with the creative lead (PhD or MD) to plan a vision for original and impactful artwork • Quickly progress to a final version after your revisions are accommodated
You will receive:
• An initial version of your cover design from our highly lauded design team • A high-resolution image in your required file type format and a sample file mocked up in your target journal’s cover design layout

Our track record allows us to offer the following guarantee: If your target journal rejects the cover design for any reason, LetPub will re-edit the image for free to meet their requirements. All the illustration and design elements that we produce are fully original and will optimally reflect your research findings.
Service Terms
In-scope client-requested revisions are accommodated as part of the purchase price for the service. In-scope revisions constitute those revisions necessary to refine the final deliverable to meet the original project brief, pending client approval. All revisions requested after delivery of the completed project will be subject to an additional fee at the discretion of LetPub. I was very happy with the prompt and clear communication with Kathryn and her team at LetPub. We needed to get a journal cover published on a quick turnaround and they offered the best price point and clearest communication of turnaround times I could find. The journal cover itself was FANTASTIC! I’m happy to recommend them (and use them!) for future journal covers.

Working with LetPub on a cover image for Nanoscale was an absolute pleasure and I highly recommend this company. While I inputted into the process in terms of providing the scientific detail, Kathryn and her team led the design with creativity and flare! We were back and forth several times on draft versions and each time they were happy to take my feedback on board. All in all, the process was very efficient, and the team put a lot of effort into developing the final (most impressive!) image.

We employed LetPub services for two separate chemistry journal cover designs (EurJOC and JACS). The delivery time was indeed within ten days at an affordable price as promised on your website. I communicated the design ideas with their staff and they exceeded our exceptions both times. Overall, the service attitude was excellent, and their team is both professional and creative. They were very responsive and communicative. They ensured that the design concepts were fully understood throughout the process. The final covers was also successfully accepted, thanks again to LetPub’s Cover Design service. I strongly recommend LetPub services for chemists/scientists in pharmaceuticals and academia for cover designs!

I was planning to submit cover design to a couple of scientific journals of high repute. After recommendation from a friend, I took LetPub’s help in this regard. I personally feel that they listen to me very carefully and with a handful of inputs they came up with excellent cover design which were accepted by both the journals. They are very particular about the deadlines. The follow-up by the design team is something that I really liked. Overall, it was a very satisfying experience. I highly recommend LetPub for all the scientific need.
